How can I Change Password in NEST / ALPHA?

You can follow the mentioned path to change password in NEST & ALPHA (Desktop / Web / Mobile version's):

Password Guidelines

  1. Passwords must include both alpha (A-Z) and numeric (0-9) characters.
  2. Password can also include special characters like: ] [ ? / < ~ # ` ! @ $ % ^ & * ( ) + = } | : " ; ' , > {
  3. Passwords should be minimum 6 characters and maximum 12 characters in length.   
  4. For security purposes, password will expire every 90 days.      
  5. The new password cannot be same as your last 3 passwords.
  6. Your account will be locked, if you enter wrong password 3 times consecutively.
