Addition of Beneficiary Account for Off-Market Transfer

As per NSDL circular No. NSDL/POLICY/2023/0185 dated 28.12.2023 it is mandatory to add target beneficiary account details for off-market transactions w.e.f 1st January 2024 onwards. DIS for off-market share transfer will be executed only after adding a target beneficiary account (Demat Account detail) and validated by the client.
