Upgrade is needed to back office.. most if the brokers have great interface for viewing P&L, ledger statements, account reconciliation etc.. sorry to say but your back office is too primitive in comparison.

most of the brokers alreaady tie up/given Trading view.
so what is the use and What new innovative ?
if you really introduce new, then talk amibroker team and integrate your OMS via amibroker, it will lead no1 in current market.
